how understandable you feel the way you feel considering what you're thinking and believing.

making sweeping assumptions about you, them, the world, what's possible

meditation: drop into breath, eyes open and look around the room, notice and silently name what you see, feel, notice the difference between what's happening in reality, and what you're going through

• session one or intro to course could also include an excerpt of my own heartbreak story (think of how that really helped both Laura and Evangeline to hear the kind of thoughts I was having at the time of the heartbreak - on island and also in April when another layer hit
• Anyone who signs up gets a free session with me that will be recorded and may be used as material?
• boundaries as self-care//notice when you're self-abandoning (tension and contraction in the body)//your job is not how they're feeling//3-kinds of business and how to notice gently - not as right & wrong - catching is the point
• kiss of awareness - poem re not being upset when you wake from a dream and the item is not actually stolen
